PHASE 2: LAND
Your First Days in India
The first days in a new country are the hardest. You do not know where to buy groceries, how to get a SIM card, or which neighborhoods are safe.

What Happens in Phase 2:
Preview Visit (if applicable)
A short visit to see neighborhoods, schools, and daily life before you commit to the big move. You meet our team, see properties, and understand what life in India looks like and what it could be like for you.
City Orientation
We explain your new city before you arrive: safe neighborhoods, commute times, where to find international schools, healthcare, and daily essentials. We give you the local knowledge you need to live in your new city.
Housing Preparation
We understand your housing needs and pre-screen properties. You learn how rentals work in India — deposits, agreements, and what to expect from landlords.
Settling In
We show you supermarkets, healthcare clinics, banks, ATMs, and transport options. You get a local SIM card, learn about cost of living, and understand daily routines.
School Shortlisting
We explain Indian, IB, British, and international school options. You understand admissions timelines and which schools match your child's needs.
FRRO Registration
For most visas, FRRO registration must be submitted within 14 days of arrival into India, irrespective of the intended duration of stay. We help you through it.

School Search
We support you through final enrollment steps and help you understand school expectations. Follow-up assistance is available as needed.
Tenancy Management
We support you throughout your stay: helping with landlord communication, guidance on renewals, and understanding rent expectations.
Cultural & Language Support
We offer optional help understanding cultural norms and basic language guidance, so daily interactions feel more comfortable.
Departure Services (when your assignment ends)
We support your move-out, help close utilities, assist with deposit settlements, guide RP transfers or exit permits, and coordinate with your next destination.
